Lisa worked as our buyer's agent to help us purchase a home in Toronto. My husband was local but I stayed behind in New York to finish out the school year with the kids. Lisa did an amazing job of keeping me in the loop, taking video of properties and answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. She also held our hand through the entire process and advised us wisely without being pushy. I trusted her completely and loved working with her. We were completely new to the real estate market and inexperienced with the home buying process and Lisa put us at ease right from the start.  She began showing us options in our preferred neighbourhood while also explaining everything we needed to know to make the most informed decisions we could.  Lisa was honest and patient, providing excellent advice and sound answers to our numerous questions.  She taught us so much about the process and helped us to think of things that we had not yet considered that ultimately provided to be of great importance.  She quickly understood exactly what we were looking for, brought us to see everything that was relevant, and was a great sounding board in helping us to think through different considerations.  When we did find the right home, Lisa was excellent during the negotiation process and managed to secure the home for the price and conditions we were most comfortable with.  Throughout an entire process that was initially full of uncertainty and confusion we never once doubted Lisa’s expertise, professionalism, or dedication.  Working with Lisa was thoroughly enjoyable. We truly valued her work and would not hesitate to give her our highest recommendation.
