Sell with Lisa

Lisa both helped us buy the condo and helped us sell our home.  Her negotiation skills were superb throughout both the buying and selling process.

On the buying side, Lisa was very patient throughout a 7-month long search for the perfect condo - at one point, I asked her if we were being too picky, and she responded that we were not too picky, but that once we did find the right place we needed to be prepared to act.  She kept an eye out for us and told us about what she thought was the perfect place coming on the market.  We saw the condo soon after it listed, made an offer that evening, and it was accepted the next day.

On the selling side, she did a careful market assessment and came up with what she considered the right asking price.  She arranged for perfect staging, and we had 16 visits in the first two days.  We received five offers on the second day and sold it that evening.

The process of buying and selling was very stressful for my wife Kathie and me.  Lisa guided us through the entire thing and was enormously supportive.  Many agents have a large team working for them: you see the agent once or twice but are turned over to the team for everything else.  Lisa was hands on throughout the process, and this meant a lot to us.
