Make sure you're financially ready by setting a budget and getting pre-approved for a mortgage. Remember you can negotiate your rate up until the weeks before closing.

Once you've found your home, I'll guide you through the offer process, including pricing, home inspection, financing terms, and any inclusions like appliances or renovation planning.

Step 5: Close the Deal

We'll finalize everything, from land transfer tax to surveys, and legal fees to inspections, I will be by your side with answers and advice.
